Exchanges or Returns

    • Provide your order number, details of the defect or incorrect product, and any relevant photos to support your claim.
    • Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the exchange process.


  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs for returning the defective or incorrect item will be covered by the customer.
    • We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.
